At Cora Blue Fund, we value the trust and support of our donors, sponsors, and partners. As a registered non-profit organization, transparency and integrity are central to everything we do. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Donations

 

All donations made to Cora Blue Fund are considered non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • An error in donation amount (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount).

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction reported by the cardholder.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After 7 days, we may be unable to process the refund.

2. Event Fees or Merchandise Purchases

 

Refunds for payments related to event registration, participation fees, or merchandise are subject to the following:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Merchandise purchased through the website may be returned within 14 days in unused condition, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom or special edition items may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
